You can adjust the pas levels to your personal taste ,but the biggest and best is to adjust the keep current mine is set to 100% Above all it needs the right gear to after a few tries settled for 42t front 11 rear not enough torque for a 52t front with 29er tyres

First please can you check the multi connections /plugs are still pushed tightly together up at the display end, also the other motor end the 9way multi plug is also pushed in tight

The throttle is set to current in the options and to the highest power level mine is 5 but could be level9

It is not a road burner as the BBS02 750watt is, but if you want/ need the legal option and leave the throttle off ,it is ok, not found a way around settings just gave up and just put on another build The 250watt 12 amps is a locked firmware a special factory order for a German supplier...

Can you try it on a throttle this will help to find if it is controller or pas fault ?

The best spacer to use are 1mm bottom bracket washers this moves the whole motor over The chain wheel spacers add stress to the 5 allen bolts

The 36t is almost flat if you use chain ring spacers this moves the ring further out see pic 36t with out spacers

Lowering the amps is ok ,that's what the power levels do will go under 20 amps ok added bonus longer chain life and longer battery life

Yes but different firmware loaded the 52v version has the high voltage limit raised and also the lower voltage cut off is also changed [ follow the instructions because you can brick it ,produces more power as set to 30 amps ] several people offer this service on ebay item number...
