Sounds about right, mine weighs just under 14Kg

Ask for a refund, this has been happening for years with the Carreras, it has just happened on my friends Carrera and I returned 2 Crossfires a few years ago. Quite a few threads on the site about this.

Likewise all my bikes now have mirrors, Can't believe I rode without for so many years.

My Specialized Carbon Creo feels just like a normal bike weighing in at just under 14Kg but costs more than £2000.

Light weight bikes to look at would possibly be Boardman, Ribble or possibly the Juicy Ticket or slightly more expensive than £2500 Specialized Vado SL.

Depends on your budget , I have a sub 14kg electric gravel bike that I sold my soul to the devil for that will get me up any hill around the Peak District and can be lifted with one hand, But on the flip side I used to have a cheap second hand Viking folder that was totally adequate for a short...

Not sure about that, Reckon my Specialized Mahle motor and frame are better.

There appears to be no 375wh batteries available from Wisper at the moment according to another post on the site, So getting the old one re-celled might be the option.

Couple of hundred possibly, As Nealh said above it would be classed as spares or repairs unless you can show it working

I am using Specialized Pathfinder Pro 700 x 38 on my Specialized Creo gravel bike and they are very sure footed.

No problem riding without assist on mine as it weighs less than 14kg and there is no motor drag at all. There are some really light e-bikes out there nowadays.

Fault is with your dealer not with Wisper initially as the dealer should have fixed it or sent it back to Wisper if it was faulty as many times as you say, why didn't you ask for a refund in 2017 when the problem was happening?
