Makes sense, we look for 14v/ 14.5v charge rate on 12v SLA motorbike batteries. Thinking about it the 48v charger would be next to useless on a 48v battery?.

My Gtech charger is 41v, battery is 36v.. I think the battery has a built in controller to avaoid overcharging or damage. Maybe the higher voltage charger will charge it slightly faster?.
