Woosh rear hub kit (XF08C cassette freehub)

My kit has arrived, but it came with a right side sensor rather than the left side one I ordered. I bought a new 122mm BB anyway and will be using compact double with chain guard as the outer ring. Will probably be ok with the right side PAS sensor.

    Yosepower hub kits.

Thanks, I'll take a look. Just picked up my donor bike this weekend. I need to check the dropout spacing is 135mm first.

    Yosepower hub kits.

Thanks for the clarification. Glad I was able to cancel. I am trying to stay legal with a 250W motor. Find it odd they don't list any such motors when the warehouse is in Germany which has the same legal requirement.

    Yosepower hub kits.

Any opinions on this 250W Yose Power rear hub conversion kit? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/393411923286 I ordered it then cancelled my order because I noticed the integrated throttle/display. I didn't want to have to hold the throttle open all the time. Maybe I could have fitted a grub screw? Or...

Woosh rear hub kit (XF08C cassette freehub)

Thanks for the write up. I was after the Aikema rear hub kit but Woosh are out of stock so are suggesting the XF08C. I'm hesitating because it's 5mm wider apparently with an OLD of 140mm cf 135mm for the Aikema. You said it was a tight fit after leaving some washers off the end of the axle...

Thanks, but in the on-line shop there is no purchase option. Might be a mistake when building the web site.

Wisper Wayfarer hub drive - what sensor?

I can't find any information on the sensor type used in the new Wisper Wayfarer with hub drive. Speed sensor or torque sensor. On the 705 model there's the choice.

    Wisper Wisper 705se Review

Good review thanks. If I buy an electric bike this is probably going to be the one. I test rode an 705SE with cadence sensor a couple of years back along with some others and was very impressed. I'm not sure about the torque sensor. I tried a Juicy Roller with torque sensor and to me it still...

Step-thru, good torque hub motor, £1200 limit option

I read all the stuff about hydraulic disc brakes and I'm not sold on the idea. Would probably replace them when they needed bleeding. I think last year's Wisper 705se used cable brakes.

Step-thru, good torque hub motor, £1200 limit option

Yes thanks looked at the Woosh kit. Have considered using that for my recumbent bike. It's a possibility though I'd probably need to fit longer leads.

Step-thru, good torque hub motor, £1200 limit option

For my 20 mile commute with a long steepish hill. Considering Woosh Santana 3, Wisper 705se, Westhill Classic. I like the integrated battery of the Westihill but other two have larger battery capacity options which I would go for. Will be my first eBike purchase. Tried out the 705se and Freego...

    Battery security - in-frame designs?

Considering a first e-Bike purchase. Thinking of one with a rear hub motor but having the battery mid-ships somewhere to improve weight distribution. Quite a few bikes have battery semi-integrated into the downtube (eg. Juicy Roller, Kudos Sprint and Stealth). How secure are these from theft? Is...

Can anyone tell me the diameter of Freego seatposts on the Wren, Hawk or Eagle. Is it standard 27.2mm? Thanks.

Is this sold? If not I'm very interested for the wife if it's the 16" frame. Thanks.

    Small bike - Woosh Gale?

Thanks. My experience of putting heavy weights high on a rack is that it affects the handling of bike. The Petite has 24" wheels and has been designed/chosen for having a rack mounted battery so this should mitigate the issue. I guess she is happy with the Petite?
