Thats the custom frame fit version not seen one in amass production bike yet but have seen loads of bosch and steps frames going very cheap sub£100

Have used both of them without problems like you i loved the tsdz2 hope to go back to them again. Fitted one of the new 2020 models with out a problem [not from PSW] with the new colour 850c display and new bafang style plugs but the cable to the display was far to long but it worked well more...

Have a read of the recent tsdz2 threads, we are all getting niggles and with quality control problems with recent batches:rolleyes: it used to be a great product but not so sure now :(

Try a gear change before you hit the bottom of the hill and keep the pedals spinning Slower top speed and on a larger rear gear, its harder if you have to change gear to get the motor back to its happy spot [pedal cadance]

The German diff is what i used in the picture the shafts require flats and a pin through the shaft , doubt it will take the power of the bbshd. But mine was pushing fat tyres and only three speeds with a 36 tooth lekkie but the low speed control was excellent walking pace up to 10mph over that...

No issue its a quick painless other than to change the gear cable outer the hardest job is to remove the old pedal arms and bottom bracket ,this needs a special tool but is cheap to buy [or take to a local bike shop to remove] The rest is bolt in with simple hand tools. woosh do a complete kit...

Use a 6v relay[needs a diode across the coil] to switch from the tsdz2 light output and then 48v lights powered from the battery will hide well in your controller box looks a very nice build
