    KT Controller problems.

There's so many things I wish I could still tell my mum but then I always remind myself, one day I will again. Anyway back to bikes.....I wired up the controller & LCD with just the necessary for testing and rotating the throttle it worked out the box. Turning the crank cadence also worked ok...

    KT Controller problems.

But surely I would see amps drawn on the LCD display wouldn't I ? It just reads zero regardless of PAS level set no matter how fast/slow I turn the crank. At the moment I'm testing indoors so there's no stress on the motor but I can hear it's not turning.

    KT Controller problems.

I've fitted a KT controller & LCD 3 setup to my folding e-bike mainly because I wanted the throttle option. That works great as does the PAS however I can't get Torque to work. diy vinyl wrap

Apparently you can buy a sealant pen that contains clear acrylic paint that you put around the edge and stop lifting, trouble is at £12 a pop it aint cheap. Where I come from you can get a bike for that, mind you it would be so hot the paint would peel off let alone the decals.

    diy vinyl wrap

There's video's on you tube of people sealing Vinyl with mini blow torches, but I can't see that as a very precise method of doing it somehow.

    diy vinyl wrap

I've got a big roll of this stuff but never have got round to using it, might give it a go covering up some naff decals on my bike. One thing that confuses me , they call this Carbon Fibre Vinyl wrap which in reality is just Vinyl with a pattern to look like the real thing. However from what I...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

It was just a spring gun really. You would push the barrel against something solid like a wall and it would squash the spring and it would click, pull the trigger and the spring would be released. I took the spring out of mine and replaced it with a more powerful one, it was so strong I could...
