Oh I didnt realise that, btw I have not as of yet sold my old erider moped. as spares, as not had the time. been so busy. How much do you think my old electric model 15 erider moped would sell as spares. who ever buys it and fits a new battery will have a decent moped then.

No it was a 48V 30ah but yes its now in the local rubbish tip. paid 176GBP for only lasted 8 months. and I see yours is from same place Liitokala and I got mine from Aliexpress, I even managed to chat to 9 agents, until they blocked me from doing so, all said same thing they will help me...

I take it you have not read all my posts, this battery was only 8 months old, also its too late to do a feedback, as no where to do it, Plus I always got to chat to an agent 8 in all, also sent several messages to seller, plus e-mail, also an agent said they also sent a mail to the seller...

Yes AliExpress are totally useless for customer support. I had found out ages ago how to get to chat to a human. and I have chatted to at least 8 agents. whom all have said they will help me, as its not right about my battery. But each one has lied. one even said they have e-mailed the seller...

Well Like I said above Im no hurry to sell moped as spares. But Guess you are right. I just thought I would keep trying for help, But it seems they wont let me chat to an agent no more. I will sell moped soon but like i said its not doing any harm in shed, but best to see about selling it soon
