Hiya, We have 5 'beta' versions that will be ready next week. Been struggling to get hold of the right throttles currently. The beta versions can be swapped out later if required for free. It's just the throttle what will be different. Which bike is it for?

Evening, The kit once released will plug in between the PAS sensor on the bottom bracket and the controller. It will come with matching 3 pin plugs to make it very easy to fit. The hardest thing will be removing one of the grips to slide the throttle on. :-) Thanks, Steve

At the moment it does not derestrict it, this is because of the direct drive which will either require something to sit in between the motor wires OR developing a different replacement controller, which may be a possibility. (derestrict/throttle) but that's a bit in the future at the moment...

Yes, I think it does. It all depends on how fast you pedal it seems. I'm outputting pulses from 600ms to 40ms which seems to cover the full range.. The Vulcan / Crossfire will require a double pulse which will be slightly faster due to the opto(s) vs hall sensor arrangement. Steve

Yep, it's a variable speed output. On the vengeance depending what assistance mode you're in defines the top speed. The high pushes it to 15mhp on the flat, about 10mph up hill. I've adding some smoothing so it doesn't jump off at the start to, incase you are creeping behind cars at lights etc...

Happy to report I've just done 10 miles on throttle only... it coasts along at 15mph.. slows to about 10-11 on hills and freewheels up to 20mph on the course I just went. :) Battery is about 20-30% left I think. It's hard to tell on the vengeance as its only got 4 leds that don't help much. Also...

Need to be careful when upping the amps, that's +15% increase which is quite a bit. Would need to look at the wiring / cooling etc.. so it's more power you're after :-) I've been trying to convince the wife I need a full suspension ebike.. it's not happening sadly.

Can't you already add a throttle to that? If that's a centre motor then as well as a throttle you should be able to also increase the speed :)
