Sweet, looks exactly identical battery holder to all my existing Hailong 36v base plates and batteries - I wonder where the controller is - built into the baseplate like those yosepower ones ?

These are the low cost ebikes that you can bimble into town on and lock up outside the supermarket, pub, cafe etc knowing that some scrote ain't gonna be bothered to get his angle grinder on your lock. And if they do then no big deal. I might get one for that reason alone

Had a double take moment ! NO cassette/freewheel or chain LOL - They are not even trying to go under the radar of a unrestricted pedal assist ebike - even PLOD can spot that easily !

You could continue to rock the original basic display, but that particular bike deserves a display upgrade to take it higher

I inadvertently submerged my BBS01 motor for about 10 secs a couple of years ago while riding through what I thought was just a shallow rain filled trough. No issues, the motor has just clocked up 4500+ miles. I think Bosch could learn a thing or two from Bafang judging by the water ingress...
