    Need Stronger wheel / spokes

That wheel looks horrible, with that much bend where the spokes enter the nipple they can't possibly be tensioned correctly. They will constantly try to straighten as load is applied then released. When you sit on the bike the top spokes will straighten out leaving the bottom ones loose. As the...

Trekking/Touring Bike - preferably Bosch powered

Depends which Bosch and which Yamaha! Not much in it tbh. Yamaha gives instant power which helps with hill starts, Bosch supports slightly higher cadence unless the Yamaha is a PW-X. Bosch you must use their batteries so if you want to increase range when touring you either need to carry a spare...

    World's lightest electric road bike 2019 ?

It also says ebikes from €3999 but I'm sure that doesn't buy a 9.7kg bike.;) I'll have to call in and try one someday.

How to replace an e-bike tube without removing the wheel.

Did you open the presta valve? You have to unscrew the knurled bit before it will inflate.

How to replace an e-bike tube without removing the wheel.

Fit one tyre bead, put a little air into the tube and then fit the second bead. Inflate slowly and everything should be ok. I doubt a little overlap would cause any problems but the chances are as it inflates it will expand to fill the outside diameter of the tyre. It would be considerably worse...

Finally a flaw with the Bosch Active

I have come across that before, a neighbour had a problem with his daughters car. Wouldn't turn over, bought new battery etc, still no joy I asked him one day what the problem was. He told me the tale, got jump lead out of the boot battery negative straight to the engine block and started first go!

How to replace an e-bike tube without removing the wheel.

Mal what you are saying about wheel and tyre / tube sizes doesn't make sense. First you tell us you have 28 x 1.4 inch tyres aka 700x35. Then you tell us you have 27.5 but your rims are 700x16. 27.5s fit on 650 rims not 700!

Finally a flaw with the Bosch Active

Just shows they were all subject to forces that are well outside of their design criteria. If the bolts hadn't been loose there would have been no problem. I rather suspect the wires would fall off my engine if it fell out of the car;).

Giant Full E+2 Replacement Cassette and Chain

Don't know if 28/44 is feasible, maybe it is ok. I have 34/44 on my Haibike with a Sunrace 11-40 cassette. I did change the chain when I fitted them but I'm sure the standard chain was full length and would have fitted. I would just buy a chainwheel and see if it works, just be gentle and make...

Giant Full E+2 Replacement Cassette and Chain

Are you sure the cassette teeth are chipped? Modern cassettes have shaped teeth to improve shifting. I doubt very much that the cassette is worn after 700 miles, if it is then maybe you need to look at your shifting technique.

So bad that you went downhill first rather than face the weather on the mountains ;), sensible choice it will have been horrible up there!

How to replace an e-bike tube without removing the wheel.

Yeah I understand that, maybe I should have put a smiley in my post ;). I have seen first hand what can go wrong when you get too complacent. It can go wrong very quickly. The best answer is to develop a 'feel' for what is right, don't push too hard when making changes etc, you soon know when...

How to replace an e-bike tube without removing the wheel.

You are overthinking this. Put whichever tubes you want in, blow them up and ride your bike. Loads of people blow bike tyres up with pumps with no gauges, just press with their thumbs till they feel firm.
