I think all of us heavier riders are liable to the many and varied foot/ankle/knee/wrist issues out there, sadly. My two are carpal tunnel and ‘hot foot’, which I think is arthritic. My achillies tendinitis makes it difficult to walk but happily has zero effect on riding - yippee! Losing weight...
