    Brexit, for once some facts.

an initer an honest answer is that I love cosmopolitan environments. old parts of towns with coffee shops of many origins, cultures. the ability to eat samosas, drink illy, hear different music, languages, observe different customs. how can I put it, I even like waking up in Istanbul to...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

was listening to bbc world, listening to an interview with a "lady" who voted UKIP, who repeated, as if it's a mantra, that "there is still too many of them" (meaning immigrants) as the BBC interviewer asked how she felt now about voting brexit given the fallout since the referendum. I can't...

Ridged forks instead of springs ?

i used to believe the same, but recently picked up an Apollo xc.26 for ten euro at a junk sale to mess about on. oddly its utterly bottom of the range suspension forks are set very, very soft. it has limited travel too. but having swapped the tyres for 2.0 marathon plus tours ive found it has a...

How has your e-bike changed your commute?

my commute is 10.7 miles each way. originally I did it on an ebike, but not for long - mainly because I enjoy exercise, especially on an ordinary bike with good gears since one can vary the intensity as much as one like. What I am mostly aware off as a result is a sense of physical wellbeing...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

yes finally some light at the end of the tunnel, a labour with a remit and a voice, and the pound courtesy of deutshe bank's collapse accelerating on its way down, one might hope the lovely electorate may finally wake up and smell some coffee

    4000w 60V 38Ah electric racing scooter

for once I'd decline - I have a DIY 3KW BPM, so its not for any prudish legal reasons. Having experienced 3KW in a normal bike I simply cant believe 4KW can work on a scooter without serious risk of bodily harm. getting pulled over by cops is one thing, having a medic induce one into coma in A&E...

A Thread from Phill for those who are not very Smart!

in a semi serious vein, I used to feel compelled to like android, but frankly with all the glitches and updates that don't work (desensitising ones keyboard etc. on a Samsung S7), I just gave up. I know one is supposed to no like corporations, but life's too short.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

true, I think May, with the Cameron submarine stuff is slowly unravelling. Finally labour is also finding its voice, having semi dealt with the neo conservatives in its ranks http://www.dailymail.co.uk/wires/reuters/article-3807800/UK-government-spell-Brexit-plans-opposition-Labour.html

"Hannah"? are you reliving those glory days as a tree in the Xmas carol or did you actually pick as obscenely petit bourgeois a name for one of your poor progeny? It all depends on the carrot, a Clerkenwell carrot isn't boring at all.
