thanks have ordered 5.5 mm spanner,pretty sure it is double rimmed. but there are gaps under most ot the 34 nuts ,not sure if this intentional or not. I believe the spokes were inserted prior to moter outer case (held by 6 hex bolts) was attatched ill contact ebc next week

thanks flecc no its not tour vertion , I recall I did look on wiggle but it was 26 size not 700c

the front downtube already has 2 water bottle mount inserts but they are low down and although I have not offered up the battery yet I might just utalise the top one and fit 2 more so I will be drilling the frame. thanks all

thanks all rivnuts and tool ordered I assume 5mm was the correct size for mounts, can see me finding lots of other uses and applications for rivnuts in the near future

thanks all have purchased slime tube with Schrader and marathon plus 700 x 35 of flea bay, tyre was £24 not sure if that's about right. as I will have 700x 25 or 28 m plus on the front. could not find a price for the tour vertion?

hi all have ebc moter wheel the spokes at the moter end are threaded and bent in a L shape and held with dome head nuts and washers. but there is a gap between base of nut and moter flange, this method of fixing seems odd to me, the moter flange has countersunk holes to take (normal spokes?)...

hello all need to add some rivnuts to cycle front downtube for battery mounting, I believe m5 are the ones do I go for ali or ss steel but have no idea on length of rivnut, do I need to buy the rivnut tool. link if possible where to purchase said rivnuts. thanks again

I managed to repair said lead, but it took longer than expected maplins variable soldering iron ?-50w just about melted solder , could not get a good joint using 0.2 wire to bridge the gap and used fuse wire in the end. heat shrink did not (shrink) using a hairdryer. all seems to be working ok

I repaired moter lead and replaced wheel, tightened left side to 35nm then tightened right side. unfortunately there is still (play) side to side when gripping the wheel horizontally. I did notice movement when holding the freewheel cassette itself , but I do not have the correct tools to undo...
