hi, me same, i own kalkhoff pro connect with impulse in belfast, there is one bike shop full cycle , they changed motor for me, but nothing like software updates, battery check or something else. Did you try Dublin shops? there is few kalkhoff dealers as well

Why 50cycles? Thats your enemy not my. On my displey is 920km, because it counts till 9999 only. And sorry for my positive experience with impulse 2.0 motor, its not my fault, its just going well. Im just lucky maybe but thats not reason call me liar or someone stooge. Have nice day

Im using it for travel to work, with my son to scool and for shooping, or weekends for trips with son, everywhere,lot km, lot hills but not agresive riding. Easy, I just think is not so bad as it looks when someone reading this forum.

i totaly agree, my kalkhoff pro connect 9 2015 model is on hilly road every day for two years, used heavily, 10000+ miles and its going strong, will not swap for other manufacturer

hi everyone. i own pro connect 9 from october 2015, realy nice bike , have no troubles with it. i am cycling everyday to work, shops, to school with my son on hilly terrainin belfast. Its my first ebike, and im happy with my choice everytime i cycle somewhere.. How it goes with yours bikes?
