Kalkhoff Impulse Service Unit

Hi All,

Just purchased a used 50cycles branded Beatbike i7 crossbar version with Kalkhoff Impulse 2.0 drive unit.

Very happy with the bike but was hoping to perform a software update on it. Sadly I am located in Belfast, Northern Ireland so getting the thing to 50 cycles is out of the question and they are unable to lend me their service unit because they only have one.

Has anyone ever managed to source one of the service units from anywhere else?

Appreciate any advise!

hi, me same, i own kalkhoff pro connect with impulse in belfast, there is one bike shop full cycle , they changed motor for me, but nothing like software updates, battery check or something else. Did you try Dublin shops? there is few kalkhoff dealers as well
