    It could simply be the magnets dirty or the hall sensor out of alignment. If not, it could be the pickup sensor on the wheel out of alignment with the sensor. Best wishes

    #4 I have a Freego Folder with 16a/h battery. Choice of throttle only or mix of pedal and throttle. Good for 30+ miles. I’m thinking of selling as I’ve upgraded to full size now. Always kept indoors and battery carefully looked after. I’m in Sunderland.

    it's only the twist and go throttle is banned. To get around this, some bikes require that you pedal a little bit to activate the throttle so that although the throttle is full acting, it's not a twist and go. The new law applies only to manufacturers and does not affect users. So another way...

    Be aware that they’re adjustable by rotating the spring either in or out. I swear by mine, just did 48 miles on it today which is double of what I did previously without it.

    I was in the same position as you are. My answer was to swap the car from a Honda Jazz to a Citroen Berlingo Multispace. No regrets. Another alternative would be to get a car with a disability ramp of course.
