so would i be correct in saying that a bike with only a years warranty need not be a reason to stay clear of it? the reputation of the dealer and product playing a major part along with cost of spares if you end up forking out for your own. obvoiusly the ansmann as quoted above should be easier...

just wondering what peoples opinions are on warranties for e-bikes some manufacturers only offer 1 year on everything whilst others offer 2 years on the battery and considerably longer on frames etc. is this a reflection of the quality of the bike?

thanks for the replies on this another option for myself may be the ansmann which are advertised as 250 watt but with higher torque. looking at the hub motor it does appear larger than normal. does this mean that it has significantly higher hill climbing ability?

thank you for advice and the link rob ok , so i have been using a kit for commuting for over a year and i really like it, however the bike that i have fitted it to is fairly basic and has no suspension. for road use this is ok but i like to go on cycle tracks that are not as smooth as a road but...

hi had an unfortunate incident with my charger . it got wet from water driping on it without me realising it and blew when i switched it on. fortunateley it wasn,t connected to the battery. i have replaced the internal fuse that had blown but still no luck and spotted a horrible black mark on...

i know what you mean about "endured". my dog recently had a longer run along a local track and was happier to take it easy in the trailer for a bit longer . i think it may just be a case of building it up gradually. your dog looks like a fast un aswell.

i have recently started using a child trailer for my dog as jack has found keeping them in the thing is the problem i have a medium sized dog and a cage for his size fits onto the trailer so he,s safe. it is heavy , but my e bike pulls it ok . not sure what size your dog is but mine mostly runs...

just had a look at the link to evans site provided above. the pump i use is the one that takes a variety of co2 cartridges. product code 103181 12gram air gun ones fit these and are a fracction of the cost if bulk ordered online.
