Figuring out the wiring for a hall sensor

Ok, so you can discount the green wire then, If you can find/trace +/- on the old controller, then you can mix/match the remaining 3 until the motor runs correctly. Not as far as I know, without first determining +/-.

Figuring out the wiring for a hall sensor

Are the wires the same colour on the old controller? Looking inside, tracing where the wires are connected to the PCB may give you some clues. Looks like you have a speed sensor in the motor also, prob. the white wire. Black and brown most likely to be +/-, with the other 3 hall sensor wires.

Schwalbe Super Moto X. Seemingly impossible to remove

I've not had this problem with any of my tyres, but I think the use of a small C clamp and a block of wood could provide a portable solution, imitating the use of a vice in #10. Replace the bulky 2x2 with a short piece of hardwood baton, maybe shaped to the curve of the rim would help...

    Bafang G510 Ultra frame build

Sorry mate, no intension of mis-guiding you, i had no idea of variable sizes on that drive, never seen it advertised as such, unlike the BBSHD. I've been looking at retrofitting a M600 into a bosch fat frame, but i'm doubtful that there's clearance with the bespoke chainring and inset carrier on...

You may well be right, I havn't looked at the website for a while and I heard they were now shipping from an EU warehouse, so things may have changed, for now anyway.

    Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 500

Sorry, customer service, it does seem it can be a bit variable from branch to branch with them, ranging from "So, what do you want us to do about it" to "only too happy to help, sir"

    PSW Power

100% fine, no problems with the 6-7 orders i've made, usually arrive in 2 weeks or so, and not been caught for any duty/VAT so far. The postage charge does reduce on Ali as you add to the order, so you don't pay what's quoted on each item.

Liking the jig Mike, self build? I'm sure you've noticed, but those chainstays look very wide at the front, you OK for crank wheel/arm clearance?

I always use their shop on Ali Express as they seemed to offer cheaper shipping on there for some reason. Not sure if that's still true. https://www.aliexpress.com/store/1314442?spm=2114.10010108.0.0.61a314b9t18opC

    RAD/RHINO ELECTRIC BIKE

At 32 kg it's a heavy old slug, don't be fooled by the 750 watt motor either, it may not be putting out much more power than some legal 250 watt pedalecs. I'd ask Rad Rhino the max. amp rating of the controller, If it's under 30, forget it, it's going to be very underpowered for it's weight...

    Battery upgrade

How unnecessarily complex and difficult! looks like Peugeot use the same "mad hatter" design philosopy on their ebikes as they do on their cars.

As you seem to have one of the more CS based Halfraud branches, it might be worth asking them for a second opion on your chain and cassettte while they are repairing your battery. They quite poss. have a pile of Crossfire parts out the back from all the broken ones they've fixed.

    RAD/RHINO ELECTRIC BIKE

Very strange, maybe they havn't read the document in their link? What about electric pedal cycles which are not EAPC under British Law as the power exceeds 250W, or the powered speed can exceed 15.5mph (25kph)? These vehicles, regardless of the precise mode of power assistance, are classified...
