Hey who do you think you are. Am I going to take any notice of a person who admits he brought the wrong bike and now need to change things. Not you brightest move. I am very happy with both of the E bikes that I have. So I suggest that you keep you half arsed assumptions to your self. I have...

I can't be bothered to even start to answer that. I have been riding bikes for the best part of 50 years so I have got the hang of big hill low gear even if you have assistance. it is always good to hear from an expert though

If you check 50 cycles web site they have removed the post at my request. The post was never intended to go on their web site. I will leave feed back for them when I have had the bike for a while

As it happens I did not post that on 50 cycles web site, they must have cut and pasted it. Until I read your post I did not know it was on the web site. Even so the post does not run down KTM it just states the facts. I have not slagged of KTM, but with your uptight attitude I could understand...

Artstu, If you read my reply you will find the answer. I don't really care what standards other people are prepared to accept, as I have stated if it is not up to standard I will reject it.

The answer to that is obvious if you read the whole thread, my wife has a Bosch, thousands of others have Bosch. The KTM just had a bad motor and like I said if I pay this type of money I want the product to be perfect and I will not accept anything less.

I did notice that you seemed to ignore the clarification that I found about the legal information. As far as the KTM bike is concerned, there was nothing wrong with the package apart from the motor, and it does look good, but from my point of view the Kalkhoff looks better. Beauty after all is...

I do not know why the KTM has not been sent back to KTM and to be honest I don't care. But just to answer your questions, the Bosch drive was making a lot of noise and when they tried to fix it you could wobble the crank it was so loose. The noise it was making sounded like the chain was...

I don't know if the software was updated as I had the refund before that could be done. I do not doubt that the Nuvinci system is very good, but with the problems that I had I didn't get to try it at its best. From my own point of view the Kalkhoff is a superior piece of kit, it is a lot lighter...

It was the Mancini Nuvinci, I got it from the electric transport shop in Cambridge. I was told that the noise was caused by the crank coming loose, but I am not sure how. They could not fix it so I demanded a refund. I don't know why it kept packing up on hills, but when it did the orange just...

Hi Guys, I am new to this site, I went to the show on Saturday great day out. I started the ebike thing with a KTM Nuvinci, took it back after 3 weeks as it was making terrible noises. The shop could not fix it so after a row I was given a full refund. I was a little disappointed with the...

    NEC Bike Show

Hi Guys, I am new to this site and must say it is very interesting, lots of different views. I went to 50 cycles last week and came away with an Endeavour 350w. What a great bike, if just goes up hills with out any fuss in Eco or tour for the steep ones. Last week I managed to get 65 miles from...
