Who's going to be first? You can get 60aH 72v LifePO4 batteries for about £350. I have the idea that you might be able to cut the top and bottom off the fuel tank and use them as adapters welded to one of these:

Wheels are too small, and no pedals to make it legal anyway.

Did they rig the test?

A sit down folding electric scoot in a bag would be better? Still not legal though, If it has a seat.

An Electric Brompton with basket and cover is always gonna beat them for legality, fold, carry, and the rest!
