Which one overlander? There was the thread with the range claim unchallenged. Then there was a thread on drag which he claimed didn't exist, in which I commented that was due to him being strong, having read his previous range claim. Then there was the thread where he made very insulting and untrue accusations about me and stormed out.

Possibly he does. I also remember that when I said he must be fit to get such a range, he told me he wasn't very strong. Here's some photos of himself he put online not long ago: Flickr link

To be fair you do not know who that is pictured, so don't go and put 2 and 2 together and come up with an answer of 5 before knowing the full facts. Plus I think it's grossly unfair to discuss ex members who have made a decision not to post on the forum again wether you agree with them or not.

I didn't want to discuss him, but I did my research and made 2 and 2 equal 4.

After his outrageous post about me I have no qualms.

Flecc, with respect you raised it in post #35. His post on range in the other thread may be extraordinary but the member has chosen not to respond anymore and I think that should be respected.

I think post 35 was fair comment, but I didn't intend it to run away from there as it did. I'm sure in my shoes you'd still be rankled with what happened, but it's over now.
