18kg? Lightest-with-full-suspension maybe, but not light.

That actually looks very good for the money, the fork is a proper one with compression/rebound adjustment although it doesn't say anything about the shock.

l would take a chance and buy one.

However the company is in the USA so l doubt they will ship to the U.K.

More investigation reveals it's a startup scheme, so the bike doesn't actually exist yet.

They are offering "half price" if you invest now (that is, pre pay for a bike for delivery when they start manufacturing) but it's a risk.
