And to be honest I can’t ever see it on an Ebike . You’d need a bespoke mid drive and frame just for this gear system . Which currently can’t actually shift !
Huge amount t of expense for a little efficiency gain which is all but redundant on an ebike. (I don't get their maths either , if a standard chain and cassette is 99% efficiency in lab conditions then how can that be improved by 49%?)

And I do actually own a shaft drive ebike! Albeit not carbon or ceramic just good ole steel shaft and a alfine 8 hub (front hub conversion of course )
Saw a YouTube video of this ages ago, my opinion hasn't changed, might be fine in theory, but I'd like to see how it copes under load from a rider/motor.
