Many of our customers have troubles with computers and emails.
Plus, I sold the bike to him, so it's no bother for me to sell his bike if he wants me to.

I was helping a customer this morning to setup a failover parallel server. He runs his business app on a Dell PowerEdge 1900 for which he paid over £2k a few years back.
He bought today an identical unit that was for sale on ebay for £49.99.
That's less than 2.5% of the original price.
