I've had a look at gbk kits...are the gbk100f kits any good? Come with a bottle battery for about 350 including delivery?! Thsts cheap. Im looking to maybe fit it onto a carerra subway hybrid, any help guys? Are these kits legal for uk road use?

i am looking to modify this bike:

anyone willing to help me with the right conversion kit? ive been looking at bmsbattery kits and green bike kit? any difference between the two? I would like something thats got some torque in it preferably, and seeing that these two websites are offering kits within my budgets, looks like I would be saving a good £200 adding the kit myself + get a better quality bike?

The GBK110F is the same motor as the BMSBattery Q100. It's a bit slow in 201 rpm version and too fast for it's power at 328 rpm. The 260 rpm one is better, but can only be had from BMSB as the Q100H. You can get a nice sine-wave controller with LCD from BMSB too to go with it. That's a little more expensive, but a much nicer kit. They also have the 11.6ah bottle battery.

I stumbled accross this bafang crank system drive also, I was wondering, which one has less work that needs to be carried out in order to install? lol

and i was thinking to buy the kit as sold, because I dont know which parts and pieces I should be adding seperately...so it would be better for me to buy the kit as is.

it's the easiest kit to add to any bike, it comes with everything you need, except a battery.

woosh kit is 330 for the cd kit and 315 for the 15ah battery plus 50 for shipping, 700£

you don't need the 15ah battery, the CD kit (BBS01) works well with a 9AH bottle battery like on my bike, does not climb hills as well as with a bigger battery but there isn't any 15% hills in London

£383 including any taxes which may or may not incur when it arrives. + 210 for the bike, 593 in total? but it isnt a crank drive and it isnt bafang? any thoughts?

firstly, you only need 15ah battery if you commute 30+ miles per day or live in a very hilly area (or both), up to 20 miles a day, a 9AH battery may just do it. Secondly, you should start with a really nice donor bike - otherwise, it's no really worth the effort.

unfortunately, I dont have any donor bikes....maybe for me the best option would be to just go for the big bear?
