If you have lost the keys then you would need a locksmiths help. Ask Andy.

You won't need a locksmith. I bought a Woosh Big Bear with no keys & posted a thread here https://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/threads/lost-keys-what-can-be-done.38980/
As suggested I bought a set of jiggler keys for £14.95 & unlocked it within 30 seconds. I then dismantled the lock & removed the tumblers so that I could open it with any key.

he's got the controller out, so he must have got the lock open. I wonder why he hasn't contacted support@wooshbikes.co.uk. Andy who deals with support can answer all his questions.

Sorry He forgot to report he has emailed Andy at Woosh. Sorry I forgot to say that I had actually found the keys which is why i could get ghe controller out, have been trying to follow all suggestions, and maybe appeat to have some success. Whether right or wrong i prchased a replacement battery from Amazon. Had the devils on job adapting the housing to fit the controller and newly soldered wires in.
But with careful attention managed to do so. All again seems to be working fine.Responds to different assist levels, Did a ride of about 10 miles today, some small hills, seemed to perform ok.
The only odd thing is that alhough it records the mph it does not record the distance. Still using the wrong lcd display so thats probably it
Would also like to kmow if there is a small fire extinguisher to chuck in a bag, recommendation from any of you guys. Cheap batteries you know.
Thanks for all your help in diagnosing, repair, probabilities and just general info. If the battery doesnt last, or my attempts at soldering fail, i may return.

Fire extinguishers don't work on lithium batteries. It's best to just stand clear. If your battery ever starts smoking, get your bike away from anything into a clear space so that it can burn itself out without stting fire to other things.
