I have a splendid Wisper Works 705SE for sale.
Well maintained 36V 8Ah lithium polymer battery included.
Purchased new for my wife in 2010, but very little used.
Done less than 200 miles.
Battery kept indoors and maintained with a full charge every eight weeks.
Reluctant sale but will part with it to a good home for £300.
Sadly, I haven't contributed to this forum, but I have learnt a lot from its members.
Offered to the forum members prior to putting on eBay.
Located at Alton, Hants.

Looking good Spokesman, there are still a lot of this model being ridden today.

I would be pleased to put the bike on our site under clearance bikes if it helps?

Any future owner can be confident re servicing, we still hold batteries and spare parts in stock for this model.

All the best, David

Hi I'll take this off your hands if it's still available. Any chance I can collect it later this morning?
Very nice a good bike for 300.
Battery wise I would forget a direct replacement if and when need and think of contacting Jimmy @ BG/Insat to have it recelled, not only will he use better cells they will also have more mah.

by the time you add a new battery, the difference in price between a second hand wisper step through and a new Woosh Santana has narrowed a great deal.
Bike components have moved on a great deal in the last 7 years.

Depends on Darrana's budget.
So not being disrespectful a recelled battery currently will be circa £280/300 which would still be £400 cheaper then a new bike. A Bosch 4p 10s recell recently cost my brother £280 with better all round performing 3450mah cells replacing tired lesser 2600mah ones.
A similar price was quoted to me on my visit and my tired 10ah polymer cells for the Swizzbee are being replaced with a 26.5ah battery using the 5300mah Boston cells in 5P 7S config.

The 7 year old Wisper still looks in great condition approx. 200 miles of usage hardly broken in. Gears and gearing will be pretty good and apart from a possible battery upgrade later on, the only other upgrade may be a front rim hydraulic brake upgrade.

Come on Woosh, that's a bit OTT. Not very ethical advertising your bikes on somebody else's private advert page.
OK.
My apology to the OP.

Good home being offered. Fingers crossed it'll meet with Mrs Gaz's approval
