On BBC1 last night, (Wednesday), there was an article on Midwife recruitment on "The One Show".

The Midwife featured had a very smart looking Wisper, I think it was an Alpino. It was clearly shown several times, but unfortunately the Nursey woman never mentioned it.

Nice plug for David though, it looked very nice and shiny. I think there should be a great deal more about our sport on TV. How about "27th Gear", or "Top Bike".

It was so exciting I had to cycle to the Pub at once!

Thats an excellent plug indeed!

We were on Gadget Geeks (Sky 1) with the Hybrid and a Go Cycle on Monday and are on Channel 4 on a sunday with the Metro and Peak. The more we can get ebikes featured the better!

Hope the light fingered fraternity weren`t watching , I did notice she had a D lock to fix it to something . A Motorcyclist locked his machine to a road sign pole and they uprooted the pole to steal it . Nothing new though , as in the Cardiff Steelworks where I worked in the early 1960`s they stole the rotor arm on the Works Ambulance on the nightshift . That was in the days when no-one locked their Motorcycles or pushbikes .

My dad drove to the pub in his Bedford Beagle van. When he came out later someone had pinched the driver's side door! - It was hanging off a bit. A few days earlier I had taken and passed my driving test in it. Dad's instruction was clear "make sure you open the door for the instructor" ..
We got a bright yellow door from a scrap yard. The rest of the car was green.
