Wisper intermittent power issue

We now have our two new Wisper 806 bikes, which are great. We have had a couple of rides on them now, but have an issue with the battery and wonder if anyone has any ideas? We are on holiday now so can’t take it bake to the dealer at the moment.
The battery just cuts out. If we take it out and put it back it will work for a short time and then all power goes. We swapped batteries and the same fault on the different bike. Any ideas if there is a simple solution, as we are on holiday in Suffolk at the moment. Thanks

Not much you can do as it will be warrantied, It will need looking at to do anything if at fault.
Does the display turn off ?

It sounds like it isn't charged. When you charged it, did the charger light start red then go green? What is the battery indicator in the control panel showing and what about the indicators on the battery?

Yes the display goes off. The battery is fully charged , once reconnected it will work fine for a couple of minutes and then goes. We can wait till we get home

What makes you think that the battery is fully charged? You didn't answer my questions above.

Sometimes it can be as simple as the battery contacts having spread a little and failing to make a really good contact; jiggling around on a ride can loose enough contact to break the power. Use a plastic/wood/insulated implement to squeeze the metal contacts back together so when the battery is put back onto the bike, there's really good contact between the battery and prongs.

If the display turns off then it means power isn't reaching it so disruption to the power supply, it could be a bad battery contact or low voltage.
As vfr has said check the battery voltage after charging, it needs to physically be measured with a meter to know the true reading.
