Wisper 905e Battery!!

Hi everyone. New to the site!!

I bought a wisper 905e last year. The battery is completely knackered.

Have opened the battery pack and would love to just buy and replace the cells. Anyone done this? Makes for a cheaper option than a 500 quid better surely?? Photo of cells attached.

These people do re-celling and I have heard they are OK. Don't know if the would do the Wisper.

We certainly would! Just dispatched a recelled Wisper battery to a client today. The discharge curve of the battery delivered the full 15Ah, as ordered.

These guys are definitely worth giving a call.

After discussing with Jimmy what my bike and battery rating was, they arranged pick up of my almost dead Urban Mover Battery, they re-celled it from the original 9ah cells to 11.6ah cells, does not sound like much of a difference but I feel it, bike does not start to loose power on my run.

I also got a power curve print out showing my new battery discharge capacity under load.

I have been running this re-celled battery now since before christmas and could not be happier with it! I also purchased a second charger from them too, the turnaround was pretty quick aswell.

I almost gave up on my Mover until I found these guys.

Hi Gorvey, do you know how old your bike is? Our batteries will normally last far longer than the two year warranty period. It also may just be the BMS has failed it would be worth sending your battery back to us for testing before you re-cell.
