You need a longer chain.
Count the links on the old chain and then buy one that has that link count.

Thanks. I've emailed Wisper to see what chain they recommend but no reply yet.
No need to pay their prices. If you do what Nealh told you, and you can buy in the next shop that is open or oder on ebay or similar!

Had the chain replaced on my Wisper ( now sold ) and the bike shop just joined up two chains to the correct link / length .

Wisper did not respond to my email which is understandable at the.moment.
Fortunately I managed to get a chain and new derailleur off Amazon.
I found a lile for like derailleur.
The new chain is an SRAM PC EX1. It was about 8 links longer than the original so I just cut to size.
