I really don't want to take my main ebike out during winter conditions, ie salt/sludge etc, so considering buying g a 2nd hand carrera vengeance type of ebike to get out and about.
Any of you have a second ebike? And why?

I've only got one bike. It's as legal as I can make it... but I dream... of shooting out of my front door and up over the lawn in the dead of night, on a highly illegal stealth black 72V 200A CYC X1-Pro powered monster capable of 70mph, but only on weekends.

You need one with decent mudguards for Winter riding . Country lanes in my area are often lower than fields either side and often assume the role of rivers in parts . Even riding through a trickle of water on my Fat Tyre results in a wet lap . The abbreviated front mudguard is next to useless .

I have a second set of wheels for winter use (mainly to fit spiked tyres on).
