Why do some people

put forks on backwards?
It must play merry hell with the handling.

I've asked them why. I await a reply.

and here it is

I used to keep it in a B&Q plastic lean to, shed type thing at the side of the house and it was about 1/2" too long to fit. Turned the forks around and it was made to measure and just got used to it like that so never got around to turning them back.

Makes me wonder "would you buy a bike from someone who thinks nothing of the forks being on back to front?"
