Hello,

I’m the owner of a Woosh Big bear LS (perfect for towing my little one in a trailer). My mother is super impressed, has also noticed a few of her friends have ebikes and now wants a bike herself.
Normally if we weren’t in lockdown she’d probably go in store, try a few out etc. She’s decided that since I own a bike I’m an expert and has said, you tell me which one I need and I’ll buy it. Full disclosure.....money is no object to her really, but she has said try to stay within 2k so I don’t need ask my husband for the card :D Otherwise if money was tighter I’d say please just wait until look down so you can find something you really like.
She’s 50 years old about 5ft 10, and fit (she runs about 5k a day). She wants a hybrid and for it to be a cross bar frame with the battery in the middle of the bike rather than panier type on the back.
We live in Cornwall, so think lots of hills and many bike trails to take advance of (just not the crazy ones otherwise she’d be opting for a mountain bike) so good battery life and something that’ll push her along nicely up a hill if she were to feel a bit tired.
I appreciate there’s a bit of info there and a few asks, but some suggestions I could have a look into would be great, after all this forum did help me find my eBike which I’m very satisfied with :)

a cross bar for steep hills of Cornwall, lightweight, long range for someone who is 5ft10 tall?

Maybe a Woosh Rio MTB.
