Where to buy smart charger Luna Charger 52V from

These seem to be always out of stock at Lunacycle i can not find anyone else that sells them or any similar smart charger has anyone seen one or similar anywhere?

Get yourself a 60v 5A lab power supply. They're cheaper and most likely have the same components/module in them. Gophert make a nice one that's practically the same.

They look like it would be easy to over volt the battery pack if set wrong @ 60v

There's a dial to set the voltage and an LED display to show what you've set it to. It's the same for the current. You'd hsve to have a few braincells missing to get it wrong. You can use it to charge anything.

so if i set this to say 53v it will auto shut off once it reaches that voltage ?

Yes, it's CC, CV, just like any charger, i.e. it gives the current you set until it gets close to the voltage, then it ramps the current down and will aim to keep the set voltage constant after that.

Paul at EM3EV used to do a 3 setting 52v charger, but around the same price as a power supply.

Where did you get that from? I have seen some ebike chargers that latch off, but most are CC-CV and hold maximum charging voltage as long as they're connected. That's important for balancing.
