Where to buy Cycle Satiator in the EU?

Hi, I'm interested in purchasing the Grin Technologies 48V 8A Cycle Satiator but I'm not sure where to buy it from for the lowest possible price. The charger is very expensive to begin with so I'd rather not risk having to pay massive duty fees on top of the price of the unit, XLR to anderson adapter, TTL to USB cable and shipping... So does anyone have any suggestions regarding where you can find one for the lowest price from within the EU? fasterbikes.eu has it but with the cables it would cost 391 euros (including shipping) which is pretty hefty, but it might be the best price within the EU?
