What's the Q128C like at low speeds?

I don't follow, why not cancel the current order and then order again exactly what you want without the rim?

A) how can I cancel an order if they won't reply? They already have my money.

B) I'd be very reluctant to order from these people again given my experience so far.

And if I am forced to go the PayPal dispute route to get my money back; what chance of them giving me decent service for a second order?

Is there any other source of Q128H motors?

I have a brand new one laced up in a 700C rim but it's the 145mm wide version so you need to give the drop outs a bit of a heevehoo to get it in. I rode it up the road once just to check it worked, then was going to change my current motor for it when it wears out but it's still going so haven't needed to change yet. If your interested and it would help you out then pm me.

She tells me that my order will ship within 2 days, with no explanation offered for the delay, so ... I'll wait some more.

Okay. Their website is https://sklepebike.pl/pl/c/SILNIKI/51, it's a polish concern and my contact (in government finance) hasn't turned up any red flags against them.

They will ship to the UK; and accept PayPal; but the price is not cheap.

A bare Q128H 36V 201rpm rear motor shipped is 1020zl ~= £213. That's made up of 990zl for the motor; 90zl UPS shipping; +3%paypal markup.

It's 36v 328 rpm. I wouldn't recommend that version. it's too fast for its power. it would be OK in a 20" or smaller wheel.

How do you get 328rpm?

looked at the description and saw nothing to designate the rpm there; but then I looked at the images and found this:

Which clearly states "RPM: 201" & '26" QC-pass'.

Think BMS Battery still then.
BMS are ok unless there's an added issue with your order then things can go a bit slow, other wise there are little in the way of problems. Once dispatched items arrive quickly.

FYI. My Q128H arrived today on 11/21. I ordered it on 11/9. Less than 2 weeks from China. Motor was $79 USD and shipping was $67 USD. That's 110 £, but shipping to the UK might be different.

Yesterday they promised my "dispatch within 48 hours"; today their website goes down so I cannot even check if anything is happening!
