120 k.g. will be the weight for shipping as with large boxes the courier companies charge by 'volumetric weight' based on the size of the box.

ahhhhaaaaa, so it is the shipping weight, what about the weight of the rider in haibikes? What is the max weight?

Actually sorry, the engish translation per the Haibike specs is:-

"permissable total weight"

Almost all bikes have that limit it is just the manufacturer covering themselves in case of frame or other failure. Most are capable of much more, at least twice that. Like your pannier rack that says 25 kg max, it isn't the rack it is the screws holding it to the frame that can't take more weight.

Five or six kilos more will not break the bike.

I only joined the forum today and in my introduction "Hi from the peak district" I referred to this Haibike XDuro - before I saw this thread - so you can see what I think to it there in more detail. But - in brief - very heavy, very uncomfortable to ride and very, very expensive.
