What is the change that My ebike breaks down

I want to buy Haibike full 27.5 2015 year
I am afraid Bosch will break down and I will not be able to use warranty so the costs of repair will be super high

Did your bike break down, or are these bikes pretty good?

The bosch systems are great regardless of who uses them (Cube, Haibike, Scott etc). Very dependable in my view. And why would you not be able to use the warranty if you did have an issue?

they told me I can use warranty in a shop where I buy it, I plan to buy a bike in Germany but repair in Austria if needed, but they dont like it....

Couldn't you consider a KTM with the Bosch unit instead? An Austrian manufacturer of pedelecs that are also top quality, so there shouldn't be any warranty problems then.
