I have been suggested a Haibike bike and I think I will be looking into to more, hope someone could suggest me a modelCube touring range might do. The Raleigh Motus if you want to be a little more sedate. Pretty much any should do that combination. If you want to stay near the lower end, look at the various offers by Woosh,
http://wooshbikes.co.uk/?santana-cd for more sedate, http://wooshbikes.co.uk/?rio-mtb for more off-road, and others all good value. Haibike nearer the high end (no idea of what models might suite)

I read about ebike dongle to make it faster but I just read here on this site the legal speed is 15.5 mph :/not my cup of tea but nothing wrong with the Yamaha motors
The 15.5 mph is correct as a legal limit for ebikes without licence, insurance etc. There are quite a few irresponsible people who buy illegal bikes, or illegally adapt their previously legal bikes.I read about ebike dongle to make it faster but I just read here on this site the legal speed is 15.5 mph :/
