What bike to buy

Hi, looking for your help and advice, looking for an e bike with motor in center, pref a Bosch/Yamaha engine, working on a budget of about 2500.00., this is for touring, need the frame to be small to suit rider 5ft 2inch. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I note that you're looking for a bike suitable for touring, so traditional panniers or bike packing kit?

And what sort of weight will the kit be and how far per day between charging?
