On friday went to work on the wisper with ethe orange light on, occasionally dropping to red. Today green all the way ~ without having charged in between.

Oh, if only the low temperature performance of batteries could be improved ;)

i thought my lead acid battery had died 12 months ago. I had done less than 2 miles from fully charged when the battery indicator went virtually down to 0 and the bike seemed to struggle...then the temperature warmed, the daffodils appeared and my battery sprang to life again...roll on summer !

I find that my legs spring to life as the temperature rises away from zero and I'm able to put a lot more effort in, I just need to be ready to replace the worn out parts as I put more pressure on them. :(
I'm starting to enjoy the ride more now without the mild frostbite as well. :)

It's great today, all the thermals are gone and I'm back in shorts enjoying the nice weather. :)
Now I hope I don't fall off and get gravel rash, I really need to remove the winter knobblies as they don't corner well.

Second mild day and SuperBikey speed is up and the green light was coming on when I was over half way home and waiting to cross the road

During the cold the last I saw of the green light was on getting to work. Must have well over half the charge left in the battery. I'm well impressed.

As the weather is getting milder I'm finding that riding time has dropped from 34 minutes to just under 31 minutes. SuperBikey is moving like greased weasel sh*t off a wet shovel :D
