I bought one of these a few moths ago , but couldn't find how to reset trip milage. Here's how it worked for me. Press mode switch to toggle different displays, then switch toggle off by pressing toggle again and trip was reset to 0 but ode remains same. Just a quick moan here , the manual I downloaded is pretty much useless.

Hi, n welcome.. Frequently when looking online for ebike display manuals there will be 2 versions 1) a short 2-3 page intro document, but often there will be a more detailed 'real manual' with significantly more pages and info.

i find using the key words 'manual pdf' in the google search will return listings that will detail the page count when relevant allowing you to dismiss the short versions quickly.
what display is fitted to your bike?
