I've dealt with Enerprof.de and found them nothing less than professional.
i´v told you that many times now, i wont be doing what is outside of normal knowledge what i have, i´v read several places that sticking probes to charging side might be harming the battery if the user dont know what he is doing, and im not going to diy repair my battery or chargers because it serves no purpose, even i would diagnose succesfully what is wrong i couldnt repair or even try repair it with out loosing my warranty, this topic is not about i want to fix my battery, this topic is purely my experience with this suppliers warranty protocols and time what have passed which i dont think is lawfull according EU consumer laws, and this is what i want to people to know when they thinking about buying battery from them.
those chargers are not for my battery, glad you had positive experience what did you buy?. 54 volt is good for me also i wouldnt complain if i saw this right after charging, i wont be dissembling anything what is under warranty. do you think four months of waiting warranty repair and having back battery what dont work at all, and try repairing faulty battery on customers time is professional? even its clearly against EU consumer laws?
It's not outside your knowledge, it's inside no because I just told you how to do it. You need to stay off that AI and listen to what people, who know about this stuff, are telling you. I've been fixing batteries and solving battery problems on this forum for nearly 15 years. I'm not some erk on the internet that's been listening to Chinese whispers.
i cant fix it because it will avoid the warranty, and to my knowledge this forum is not about just fixing things, its for general discussion everything releated to ebikes, including batteries and suppliers of them, this is thread what i created for warning other ebikers of this suppliers consumer service, what i think they should be aware that if they get faulty product it might take them 4-6 months to get replacement and in worse scenario they might stop answering for any means of contact, has happened to me several times during this warranty job, reason of iso certifications, sick staff, technician being in holiday etc, i dont care about your battery experience as i told you before this thread is not about fixing my battery. and no i dont get the same from every forum infact most forums i have had is positive feedback, are you moderator of this forum or just user? just thinking, did you just asked me leaving my own thread what i created somehow in your jurisdiction? and no, if i hear some guy advice to diy analyse and fix my battery what supplier have told me not to do or i loose warranty, you really think im going to do it?
You're nuts. How can measuring the voltage void the warranty? Your bike does it all the time!
why should i proof my words? it would mean exposing my personal emails,and i wont do it for you, nor should even ask such things, i wont measure the charger and input of the battery because i dont know which is positive which is negative and what is ground wire, and your accusing me of things let mebelieve i shouldnt take any advice from you and overall it wont help the battery to work, it still going for either replacement or going to send it back for refund, why would enerprof ask to send my battery for repairment if it dont need it? no one has blamed anyone expect me enerdan.de for slow customer service and avoiding obeing EU customer laws, i have the proof if it needed like in court. but i dont see any reason why i should give it to you, you know nothing about the company, you know nothing about me, but you sure do seem to know that i am fault of everything, what comes to the battery measuring, all i have word of some random guy from forum telling me to do things what iv read might harm the battery and for what? so you can make your analysis from my battery? how this helps me to get working battery? it´s not, your turning this conversation to your own topic how i am not to be trusted, please leave my topic, your not welcome, i dont need your advice, i dont care what you think.

i would like to change the supplier but untill i get refund or new battery my funds are tied to this faulty battery and the warranty procedure, i got email from them that they will get answer in monday from technician about the battery, though dont know when they going to reply for me about it.try the guy in my sig he does custom batts ,jimmy dead now
because i live in finland and due EU consumer laws, the supplier is resbonsible of these payments anyway.
