wanted stealth bomber or hommade version

Hello all

Saw a stealth bomber yesterday and I want one currently I have a 1000watt bike. Id like a stealth or home made reliable equivilent not the crap on ebay that is £4k and does 50mph but has no rear suspension or decent breaks thats just suicide.
