I'd be very surprised if the local police don't know exactly who that guy is. It doesn't quite look like it's his first time.

It's particularly strange as it appears to be posted by the toerag himself (onto youtube, not here - no offence zebb! ), and it makes you wonder how he got a copy, as it isn't on WMids police website or the coventry area facebook page?

Read about one thief other day,think it was in bristow, niked the bike from basket ball player, as he cycled past the court giving the owner abuse, the owner and rest of team gave chase[fit guys] and run him down till he was knackerd and held him till police came,

Seems like he was under the influence of some sort. Did seems to make a big job of it. I had to cut my braided lock off as I lost the key and hacked sawed it in 30 seconds!

After watching this can anyone recommend a good bike lock?
Don't think I'm going to buy a cable type one.

I don't believe that vid is genuine footage of a bike theft in progress..... it looks totally set up to me.
Most bike thieves can get through a cable lock quicker than that as well.
