USB Lights for Carrera e-Vulcan

It's all in the title really.

I bought a Carrera Vulcan eBike recently, very happy with it. I use it for commuting a 40 mile round trip on and off-road. I just discovered that the display unit has a USB connector for charging your phone - the question is, does anyone here know of a USB powered light set that I could run off it?
it's 5V, 0.5A output apparently.

I’m not sure they supply enough amps for lights

However , I’ve used these with phone backup battery packs which supply 5v at 2.1a
