I still think its a useful and not expensive tool. Anything can break, but it doesnt mean it will. Its probably all down to how you use it. Cripes, I have broken 3 chain whips>>

Look no further than these Schwalbe Energisers, not a single puncture in over 2000 miles, and only 10.99 each at SJS (much more expensive everywhere else). I run the 700 x 35 and they are great, good grip, even in winter, and really low rolling resistance for a puncture proof tyre

Yes it has been. It's well built so if i broke it, i think i'd be damaging the rim as well.

Every tyre lever will break at some point same as tyre at some point it will let a puncture happen
