Was slightly paranoid about the screws after a few posts - so had a little gander. They came out no problemo. Used a good quality screwdriver and they came straight out. Now, I just need to worry about the CIA following me around everywhere...
They're one of the biggest buyers of app data. I was considering selling them some - not aiming to sell to them specifically... chances are they'll buy it.Now, I just need to worry about the CIA following me around everywhere...
There are no screws on the BBS01B motor casing , and it's bolts have a layer of paint, but you know that already.with hindsight, those bolts should have been greased.
Make sure you do not block any drain holes. On mine, the cover is loose at the bottom and there is a slot. I presume this is to let water drain out. I have mine 3 years (2700km) with original firmware/no modifications and have never opened the motor........So to keep the controller area waterproof I put silicon sealant to protect it from water where the wires come out of the motor........
Don't think I'd ever get one of these TSDZ2s anytime, the thought of it breaking down 30 miles from home at any time if I farted in the wrong direction would constantly play on my mind
After the BBS01B submersion, I noticed they have those too - water dripped out for a little while, drying out next to the radiator. Heat expanded air's also got to go somewhere, left it unblocked. Right as rain, works fine.Make sure you do not block any drain holes. On mine, the cover is loose at the bottom and there is a slot. I presume this is to let water drain out.
Story of my lifeOn top of everything else to worry about, TSDZ2 owners now have screw anxiety
