TSDz2 - Suggested chain

Hello

What chain is suggested for the TSDz2 mid-mount motor using the standard (or similar) replacement chainring ?

Looks to me like a 3/32inch 7-8 Speed chain is the go.

Would a (narrower) 10 speed chain work with the standard chainring and a Shimano 10 Speed cassette ?

Have done several TSDZ2 conversions 8 speed 9 speed no problems 10 speed and 11 speed both needed new chains but work ok

I'd like to use a 10 speed setup, as I have all the gear.

But it looks like the standard chainwheel is for a 3/32 chain (8 speed). Can these be used with a 10 speed chain ?

Both have the chainwheel that came in the box, and have worked without a problem

Ok, great.

I will set it up with a 10 speed. This is good as I can use a new Shimano derailleur (Zee) that has a clutch (which I already have).
